Study Day on Joseph Banks & James Cook

This study day focuses on the three remarkable voyages of discovery of James Cook from 1768 to 1780, and the artworks of the people and places of Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and many Pacific islands. It is a story of navigation and discovery. The achievements of Sir Joseph Banks and John Harrison, who created the worlds first accurate time-keepers, are also featured.
