Welcome to Test Valley’s biggest celebration of arts and culture!
Test Valley 2020 Borough of Culture was set up to celebrate and promote all the events, groups, activities and individuals that make up a rich and varied cultural offer in Test Valley. The original plans for a vibrant year of festivities was brought to a halt by the global pandemic in 2020.
However Test Valley Arts Foundation have been able to realise some of the original aims, supporting creative projects from and for the community with funding from Arts Council National Lottery Project Grants, Test Valley Borough Council Community Asset Fund and Hampshire County Council.
