At West Hampshire School of Art we truly believe that anyone can draw, and all art is valid. There is no right or wrong way to produce art, only enjoyment to be found in the process and an improved sense of well-being. Engaging in creative activity is proven to help reduce stress, improve self-esteem, problem-solving and creativity, benefiting not only the individual but their wider community. We strongly believe in the mental health benefits of creating art. You may not have tried drawing before so come and have a go or improve your skills in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
