English conductor Tom Seligman made his Royal Ballet debut in 2010 conducting a double programme of Peter and the Wolf/Tales of Beatrix Potter. He has since returned to conduct Birthday Offering, the world premiere of ‘Machina’ (Metamorphosis: Titian 2012), Chroma, The Nutcracker, Don Quixote, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, The Winter’s Tale and Frankenstein for the Company. He will be giving an illustrated talk on how a ballet is put together from start to finish from the viewpoint of the conductor.
